Technical Details

• Product body is 1st class MDF. The top table and sides are MDF with walnut natural wood veneer.
• In all body parts of the product, no pattern cuts were made by making a monolithic coating. 
• Backrest material is 18mm melamine chipboard.
• Backrest connections are made with allen head bolts, not chipboard screws. This is a very important method that ensures that the product does not deteriorate its form and quality as it is disassembled and assembled.
• The top table material is 1st class quality 25m MDF and CNC machined. Drawers are 1st class lacquered painted MDF. Drawer surface treatments are made on CNC machines. 
• Handles are gold plated.
• Legs are electrostatic black oven painted. Gold details under the feet are made of stainless metal. Gold metals under the feet are adjustable and disassembled. The product can be leveled even on uneven floors.
• HAFELE brand hinges with 3 slowing hinges are used on all doors (This is to ensure that the door can be used for years without sagging).
• The product is designed to be used for years without deflection by using two 20*40 metal profiles at the bottom.
• Since the legs are connected with a bolt nut system, there will be no situation such as the legs breaking/detaching from their place.
• HETTICH brand slow motion rail is used in the drawers. HAFELE brand materials are used in the fasteners of the product.
• The connection of the legs to the top table is made not with chipboard screws but with allen head bolts and steel dowels. This is essential for a sustainable product.
• The shelf is 1st class walnut veneered MDF. The paint used in the product is “lead-free” 
• The shelves can stand without support thanks to the “U” profile inside. This is a hanging method that preserves aesthetics. Drywall dowels are additionally included in the material box for drywall walls.
• Gold details are titanium plated.
