Items held in stock are delivered within 1–2 weeks of your order being confirmed. Items that are out of stock, personalised or made to order can take up to 3 months. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery window once your order is ready.

Summary of the Nuvera Concept Returns & Exchanges Policy. Delivery, shipping, and service fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or transit damage.

• Stock furniture: 14 days from delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear, scratches, stains, installation, or alteration. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns made for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage. Installed or assembled items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Home décor & small accessories (mirrors, vases, decorative objects, tabletop accessories, and pillows): 30 days from purchase or delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
• Custom & made-to-order furniture: not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. A 70% non-refundable deposit is required at purchase, and once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Order modifications may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
• Final sale items — clearance items, special-order artwork, custom rugs, one-of-a-kind pieces and faux botanicals — cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Inspection on delivery: visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Nuvera Concept within 48 hours. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Natural variations in wood grain, stone veining, texture, or other organic characteristics are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and typically process within 5–7 business days after inspection is completed.
