The name Nuvera itself is a fusion of ideas: “Nu” from new, and “era” referring to a new age of furniture — one where form, function, and feeling coexist harmoniously. “We are surrounded by asymmetrical things in life, and when our interiors are overly symmetrical, they feel monotonous,” Bakkalbasioglu explains. “We try to introduce asymmetry in our designs to bring an element of surprise and uniqueness.”
